Customers may return eligible products for a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling and any applicable restocking fees, as set forth in detail below.
14 Day Return Period for Certain Products and Accessories: Unless you have a separate agreement with Amphora Beads, or except as provided below, all products and accessories that are unopened and still in its sealed package may be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt for a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling and any applicable restocking fees. All pattern and kit sales are final and are not eligible for return or refund. No refunds after 14 days. Custom orders are not eligible for return or refund.
Leather Cording Returns: There is an industry tolerance of +/- 0.3mm when manufacturing leather cording. This would mean that a 1mm cord can be as large as 1.3mm or as small as 0.7mm. Additionally, due to the natural properties of leather, leather can expand or contract according to the climate, moisture, heat and/or how it is stored. The hides themselves will also affect the size of the cord. There may be slight variances in size and color, since we are dealing with a natural product. Items must be in their original packaging in uncut condition. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Custom orders are not eligible for cancellation, return or refund.
Any product returned to Amphora Beads without prior authorization from Amphora Beads will be considered an unauthorized return, and the customer will not receive credit for the product and Amphora Beads will not ship the product back to you.
Restocking Fees: Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of an Amphora Beads error, Amphora Beads may charge a restocking fee of up to 15% of the purchase price paid, plus any applicable sales tax.
How to Return a Product: Before returning a product, you must first contact Amphora Beads at email@example.com and obtain a Credit Return Authorization (CRA) number before the end of the applicable return period. Amphora Beads will not accept returns without a CRA number. NOTE: You must ship the product within 5 days of the date that Amphora Beads issues the Credit Return Authorization number as follows:

Products must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition. We don't accept partial returns. Ship the products at your expense, and we recommend you insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment. Amphora Beads is not responsible for damage or loss during return transit.
Upon receipt of your return, Amphora Beads will issue a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling and any applicable restocking fees subject to this policy.
