How do I set up an account?

To set up an account with Amphora Beads, please click this link

If you are a business in the state of Georgia and would like your account set as tax exempt, please email the following information to info@amphorabeads.net:

  • Company Name
  • Company Address
  • Website Address (If Applicable)

Customers must provide a copy of your state tax id or resale certificate.

What forms of payments do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, Diners Club, and debit cards. We also accept PayPal payments with PayPal Express Checkout.

When will my order ship?

We ship USPS First Class and International Package service daily and offer a Priority Mail upgrade at the checkout. Orders placed by 9am EST usually ship daily. All orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. If an in-stock item is unavailable for any reason, we will refund the item.

How will my order ship?

All products ship FOB Point of Shipment (Sugar Hill, Georgia - USA). Items ship USPS First Class Mail, USPS First Class International Mail, USPS Priority Mail, or USPS International Priority Mail according to your ship to location.

We currently ship within the continental U.S and Internationally. We are not responsible for the delay of any freight carrier or safe carriage of goods. We are not responsible for lost, damaged or mis-delivered packages.

Is there a minimum order requirement?

Amphora Beads wholesale does not require any minimum order quantity requirements.

Can I cancel my order at any time?

As most orders will ship within 12 to 24 hours of placing the order, cancellation requests must be received and approved by Amphora Beads prior to shipment.  Please e-mail info@amphorabeads.net.

What is your return policy?

Purchases from our online store are subject to a 14 day return period. Returns are only accepted with a Credit Return Authorization Number supplied by Amphora Beads and may be subject to a 15% restocking charge. Returns will not be accepted more than 14 days after the order ship date. Please contact us for more information

Do you charge sales tax?

All customers that have provided a copy of their companies State tax ID or certificate in the state of Georgia with be tax exempt. Only customers with a ship to address in Georgia that have not provided a copy of their State tax ID are charged sales tax.

Is it ok to get my ceramic beads wet?

No,The manufacturer does not recommend getting the ceramic beads wet.

Do you accept order requests?

We accept order requests for out of stock items or bulk quantities not available on the website, prepayment required. The processing times run approximately 6-12 weeks per manufacturer. We ask our wholesale customers to forecast their buys during the first three quarters of the year as we do not accept order requests in the last quarter.
